Resolved

The incident has been resolved. Any images that failed to process during the incident have been successfully re-processed.

Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
Uploading new images is no longer affected, however we have identified a handful of images that failed processing. Those images will be re-processed soon and should fix on their own by the time this incident is closed.
