To keep your website and data safe, our team is prioritizing patching our systems as quickly as possible today. As a precaution, we may need to temporarily disable some parts of the platform while we apply these updates, which could cause slower performance or brief disruptions in some areas throughout the day.

Identified - We are currently aware of an issue affecting access to webmail. Our email vendor is aware of the issue and is actively working to resolve it.

Email delivery is not impacted. Users can continue to send and receive email through configured desktop and mobile email applications, which remain fully operational.

Resolved - The incident has been resolved. Any images that failed to process during the incident have been successfully re-processed.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
Uploading new images is no longer affected, however we have identified a handful of images that failed processing. Those images will be re-processed soon and should fix on their own by the time this incident is closed.
