Identified

Our email sending provider is currently experiencing an incident that is affecting our ability to send system-generated emails.

The following types of emails are impacted:
• Art Alerts
• Support ticket replies
• Newsletter subscription confirmation emails
• Newsletter test emails
• Password recovery emails
• Contact message notifications
• And other similar system emails

Note 1: This does not affect your ability to send newsletters, except for sending a test email while preparing your campaign.
Note 2: This does not affect your domain email.

Once the incident is resolved, we will attempt to resend any affected emails.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while this issue is being addressed.
