Newsletter Sending Service Apr 8, 2026 15:00-19:00 CDT

Cakemail, our third-party newsletter delivery provider has scheduled infrastructure maintenance on April 8, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM CT.

During this 4-hour window, newsletter sends may experience intermittent delays of up to 2 hours. Emails will not be lost — any queued messages will be delivered automatically once the maintenance is complete.
We recommend avoiding scheduled newsletter sends during this window if timing is critical to your campaigns. Our team will be monitoring the situation and will provide updates if any unexpected issues arise.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Shopping carts with incorrect shipping calculations have been identified and corrected.
