Identified - Rackspace, our 3rd party email provider, is currently experiencing a disruption in their hosted email platform that affects access to email though the Webmail interface. Access to email via an email client (using POP/IMAP) is not affected.

Rackspace engineers are actively working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible. They will provide us with updates, and we will, in turn, keep you informed on the progress via our status page.
