We are currently experiencing an issue with our email provider that is affecting access to the web version of email (Webmail). This problem does not impact access to email via email clients such as Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or Microsoft Outlook. Access through POP and IMAP remains fully functional.
For users who rely solely on Webmail, we strongly recommend setting up an email client as a more reliable option. Detailed setup instructions can be found at the following link: https://help.emailsrvr.com/ . Please note that you will need to sign in using your email credentials, not your FASO account credentials.
